The WICT Network held its annual Leadership Conference, kicking off Leadership Development Week at the New York Marriott Marquis. The WICT Network was thrilled to once again open Diversity Week 2024 with our annual Leadership Conference. This year’s theme, “Fueling Your Power and Purpose,” took center stage. Our distinguished speakers, drawn from diverse backgrounds and spanning industries, academia and thought leadership, addressed how to cultivate resilience, adaptability and authenticity, critical characteristics for effective leadership in a dynamic industry marked by rapid change.
